All in-person programs are available virtually at a reduced rate (typically 20% below the in-person tier). Great option for lower budgets, shorter timelines, or global/remote audiences.

Travel & Logistics

• Travel within 150 miles of Palm Beach County is included in the listed fees.
• Beyond 150 miles: standard coach airfare, one night's hotel, and ground transportation are billed separately or added to the flat fee — quoted at time of booking.
• A 50% deposit secures the date; the balance is due within 30 days of the event.
• Booking lead time: 4–6 weeks preferred; shorter timelines accommodated when possible.
